I've been going through the video material on his website. Already I find myself becoming more vocal about my own views. It's addictive stuff.

I think I realized what it is - or at least part of it. Hadn't thought of it til just now. I go in for a lung cancer check in three weeks; just saw it on the calendar. That might be eating at me. Had no more heart problems, and the leg's healing up. If that's clean, I should be okay. It's in my nature to worry, though. You know how I am.

I don't think so - I teach all year. We basically have five quarters a year counting the summer intersessions. I'm actually off this week although I've been down here doing prep work for fall because we have high speed 'net here.

I don't know, it's weird. I think I'm feeling overwhelmed. Too much going on. My Dad died in December of 2006, and I still haven't had time to come to grips with that. Since then I've had to deal with his estate, and two aunts who died and their estates. I'm thinking of putting "professional executor and power of attorney" on my resume.

Then I've had all my assorted illnesses to deal with, and Lizzie and I are trying to get to know each other against that backdrop. And she's had her own issues. I feel really fragile, like if one more thing hits me, I'm going to shatter. They actually prescribed valium for me at the doc's this week. Never thought it would come to that. I haven't taken any yet...

Not too bad, I guess. Kind of frazzled today, and I don't know why. Nothing pushing me, but I feel pushed.

ooo I sure hope it doesn't fall out! And I sure hope the silent leader thing works, apparently there was a lot of trash talking about how I am the best and not the best from the other team.(Because it's almost like a day camp and we'll play the same kids throughout sadly)So now I have to show them that I am, playing with a chip on my shoulder... that usually ends up badly for the other team hehehehe
