I haven't used the program all that much, but it's pretty simple to capture things from you screen.
EDIT: by the way you can ofcourse change the resolution and conpression however you wan't to make the files small. You can also record audio either from a recording running in the background or captured from microphone.

yep yep, well that's dueable, I don't know about zooming in and out and highlighting the mouse cursor... but doing a capture of doing things on storiesmania and capturing from microphone is pretty easy. I can't remember where I got the program though. it's called my screen recorder pro. but if it's nothing too fancy and people can stand my voice I guess I could help make the videos...
