The Alphabet Rhyme
I wrote this hoping that it may inspire the very young, accompanied by an already old friend of theirs - the alphabet, to become familiar with rhyme and rhyming. Ideally images should accompany it, as I have done in my book in order to understand some of the lines. E.g. 'D' is for daschund - will he ever stop; as in the unusual length of the dogs etc.
A is for apple See the pips inside B is for bear He's trying to hide C is for cake With candles on the top D is for daschund Will he ever stop E is for engine Take a train ride F is for fish With mouths open wide G is for Gorilla Beating his chest H is for hippopotamus Having a rest I is for Igloo An Eskimo lives in it J is for jumper Your aunt likes to knit K is for kitten What will you call her? L is for love You get from your mother M is for milk Drink this and grow tall N is for nuisance Whenever you fall O is for octopus With eight long legs P is for puppy Who sits up and begs Q is for queen But she is a bee! R is for rainbow What colours do you see? S is for shoes How many in a pair? T is for tiger Look if you dare! U is for umbrella Which keeps you dry V is for vet For animals that cry W is for whale Far out at sea X is for x-ray Of your sore knee Y is for yesterday It's the day before Z is for zebra Go off and explore! definitely good. i would have learnt to be taught the alphabet this way rather than the conventional A for Apple, B for Ball...etc.

I can most definitely see this as a published book. All the images you gave could be understand by any child around the world.

An excellent little rhyme! I could definitely see this being published into a picture book. Only problem is, is that some of the words are kind of advanced. Like N is for nuiscance (which could probably be used to describe me lol).
