Synopsis: Althought this is the prologue and does not make to much sense to what is happening or what to story is about, that you will get once the first chapter is up. Basically this is just Nicolas sitting in a cell, thinking about his life that is no more and how he is going to gain it back. A ucide is the romanian term for murder. I will try and let you guys know of any language translations that you may need.

Alone I sit in this cell, staring at my inner paintings, coloured in the swirls of life that use to be in existence. To this dead existence, one final goodbye. The existence of being chained in a life that the world places upon me. A final goodbye to my past, for one can never be certain of the future.

A ucide, murder. This is what I have become. This is my present. What was once a mortal ceases to exist. Lost in a world no one can escape. The Strigoi mort is my blood. The Vircola, my pet. Nemuritor, immortal is my name. To be unleashed upon the world. To seek justice that my black heart longs for, I am waiting. My soul lost. Renewed. Found in the deep dark corner of the earth. I am fouler then death it’s self, but sweeter then honey. My disguise is my gain, my source, my life, my essence.

A creature of the night, I live, I thrive. I am the hunted, I am the hunter. To unleash my own demons, I am waiting. I am what I have been made. I cannot change. To live is to kill.

I sit, waiting in the raw power that screams through my whole being. But power- we mingle and gaggle around the issue of the constraining and enabling the true nature of power. We long to hold it in our hand. Longing uncover the ultimate power. And yet, there has to be more. A way of finding that I have lost. My life, my family, my soul. And this is my story.

Nice start here. I like the inclusion of those Romanian terms, it really adds something as far as atmosphere goes. I'm interested to see where you'll go from here. ^_^ Nice work.

Yes, nicely done. I like the use of the Romanian terms too, particularly since Romania includes Transylvania, with its associations with vampires. By the way, you can spell demon either 'demon' or 'daemon,' but unless it's derived somehow from a romanian spelling, i've never seen it spelled deamon.

ya thanks! I am writting this from a stand piont of being Romanian myself! as for the demon i think i just spelled it wrong. hm.. i will look at that when i get the chance to. thanks for the pionter!
