Another most impressive and fascinating write. I most enjoyed the animal characters.
Jeremy Junior Woodchuck…many a smile to that creation. Loved Vicky the Venomous Viper. I think you meant Quote:

Re: A Lemmings Tale
Utterly fascnating! I'm especially impressed by the flow of the story and the lucid imagination prowess exhibited there.
Although I got confused and am not sure where Richard the Rat tells them that they're over the hill? Or maybe that was just understood in retrospect? Hirak.

Re: A Lemmings Tale
Hahahaha this was cute! It definitely had the flow of the lemmings game, which I found adorable. I'd offer some true critique, but considering you've undoubtedly grown as a writer since this was published, I'll spare you. Made me smile though!

Re: A Lemmings Tale
Ah I love this Jer, glad you had a bit of a shoe box too. The alliteration was just fantastic! You had me cracking up, I can almost see this as a children's tale if you snipped out a few of the more adult like lines. The moral, of course, by far the kicker for me. Hehe, I am glad I took the time to read this one though!
By the way, where have you been hiding?

Re: A Lemmings Tale
Glad you enjoyed it! The inside joke (to me anyway) is that Lisa and Michael and Richard and Vicki et al were my best friends....
And yeah, I haven't been around much. Lots of things up in the air the last six weeks or so....hope they'll be settling down soon and I'll be back to annoying people!

Re: A Lemmings Tale
I love this. absolutely hilarious. Very imaginative.
This line isn't as smooth as the rest of the paragraph that preceeds it 'And since they had misplaced their fleet of stealth bombers and didn’t know where to find them, bombing raids were out of the question too.' misplaced their fleet of stealth bombers and didn't know where to find them, I don't know there's just something about it that doesn't flow. I love the bracket work you're doing earlier and think that it would fit this sentance. they had misplaced their fleet of stealth bombers (which are impossible to find) something like that anyway that piece had me laughing, the whole thing is terribly clever |

Re: A Lemmings Tale
Yay for Lemmings XD
You just reminded me that I actually have an old shoebox. But more important than that, I have stories laying around. Maybe I should find a way to save both and preserve them in the same area... Nah. Anywho, I love it, this sounds like something I would have written once upon a time, so I guess you could say that by reminiscing, you helped me do the same. Thankees ^_^ Good job, look forward to reading more |
