Re: Raven-blue and Crimson
I think all the verses are breathtaking. I love this; looks like you kept your draft intact. I'm glad, because it was super.
You do sexy and sensuous so well, Bri. The images...gaaahhhh! The words - tangled; clawed; abduction; seduction; haunts me; taunts me. "drifting away on waves of raven-blue and crimson..." God. The juxtaposition of those two colors is just fabulous. So vivid. As Lu said, "You are one talented lady." Great job, hun. And I know it's a great poem when I read it and need to take a cold shower... ![]()

Hehe, thank you very much. I am rather fond of this one, or rather, it is growing on me quickly. And cold showers... lol, yes I can see that.

Re: Raven-blue and Crimson
Well I always liked your works (probably being obvious from my former posts) and this one is far from breaking that rule. To put it plain and simple, I love it. Is there more to say? Well, maybe...the choice of words just nailed me to the wall and did not let me bread...but that suffocation was pleasant. This poem have taste, delicate and spicy, much as a special wine...I drink it with pleasure and for that, I thank you very much
