Her, a Ghost
I wake up. Alone!
With her, the ghost,
I see drifting in my
Memories. Sometimes
Beneath a tree or running,
In the park with wind and
Beams of light that etch a love
Across the falling rainbows,
Clinging to the exhausted shadows.
A lonely ghost, beside a crying boy
That still dreams of things that
Many men confess to dreaming to priests,
And all the world seems absent.
What a world I do so reluctantly dream.
