Haha, I love your pieces, they are always a challenge to decipher.
So, I believe what we have here is a Karl Marx's quote. "De omnibus dubitandum". Latin for "All is to be doubted". I believe he used that for capitalism. It is really poetry |

That explains a bit. The only other thing I can think by the way you chose to split this one apart is you are refering to the UK's Omni bus system... which makes this all the more clever.
