Trails
All the roads will greet us
as beggers clanging forth with our object cast in gold and our luggage wrought with dirt The shadows seem to cower as such traveler embark to meet the open gates to only stand there in the dark Tossed upon the winding trails and dragged with all its ease that grants a blind man all his sight and brings him to his knees

I liked this poem alot! I'm new here, and new at writing, so I don't have lots of witty remarks. But I really like the last two lines, excellant way to finish the poem! PS I think I did the rating wrong, I thought 1 was the highest ><

The last two lines are absolutely beautiful, but I fail to see the connection of them to the rest of the poem. Good job overall though!
