Where depression won’t hurt,
and stinging pains fade away,
where I can be at peace,
and I won’t fight through the day.

Where tears are a thing of the past,
and people are happy at last.
Where the anger is obsolete,
and it feels as if we’re complete.

Where you don’t have to hope for the better,
because it is already there.
Where burdens may finally be lifted,
and we can laugh, and just not care.

A dream world, much like a heaven,
where happiness is the goal,
and our sins are forgiven.

I just cannot go on.

Where you don’t have to hope for the better,

This was the only part I tripped on, more so because it seemed longer than the rest. Now, going back over your rhyme scheme I see your first and third lines do not rhyme in the first two stanzas, so how about something like 'Where you don’t have to hope for more', cutting three syllables down to one?

Other than that minor little thing, I really enjoyed this. It is so interesting to watch someone grow as a writer. You have come to a fine balance between structure and rhyme, and that free flow of ideas. This did not seem forced or hurried, just a smooth ride through to the end.

Now, on to content. It always seems a bit odd that the more passionate pieces seem to flow from the negative emotions, but this is a prime example. It is almost numb, that feeling of just want to shrug off life and in turn, make those pay that do not appreciate you now by missing you when you are gone forever. A common theme but I think you did a good job of delivering it in a fresh way. Pleasure to read your work again!

My favourite line, not becuase it was the most poetic. But purely beucase it reffered to the "us" or the person the narrator is referring too. As a single unit, while the rest of the pome so painfulyl contracited that notion. It's just what poetry is about, one line, that cn just unravel all it's beauty.

I liked this, angry, but beautiful. I'm digging your poetry, it's exactly where I'm at the moment. Less pissed, more melancholy. But shit, heartbroken all the time.
I liked the hint of hope.
