Hmm, very interesting, got very intruiging towards the end. I wonder which "Bill" you could be referring to? A person called Bill or a political bill? Or both perhaps... I would like to know which "Bill" in particular regardless. "This is the Lords" would send me down the path of political, but upon rereading I think one can make the case for a person. If only there was a member of the lords named Bill. Pretty sure there aint though. I love the depth of this. A most enjoyable read, thanks for sharing.

I am with perscription, I had the same question. I am from the US so my first thought was Clinton... perhaps with the upcoming election and Hilary running and all, but upon a second read I think you may have had a deeper intent than that. Regardless, I got the political bit and it was well done...
