I'd just like to mention that I'm not referring to serious mishaps that are a result of gross negligence, just people who try and make vast sums money out of their own carelessness, and the people who try and make money out of that as well,
(i.e. accident helpline...)

Well actually that's right, there is a 'law' firm named the Accident Helpline in the UK and it does start with 'If you've had a fall...' that's what made me parody it..
