[Duke of Pork]

I wrote this poem for English class, I don't know if its in the right form as I typically dont write poetry but the class and the teacher seemed to enjoy it and I hope you do to.

Melted, molded, placed in a wrapper,
I go someplace where, it does not matter.
Placed in a row with fellow victims,
I wait and wait while the dust thickens.

Finally someone takes me away,
Beginning the dawn of my doomsday.
A creature sniffs and decides my fate
One where torture does not dissipate.

It tears through me with ferocious force
Showing no mercy or remorse.
However I for one can't complain,
A chew toy's fortune is one of pain.

An excellent effort, good form of free verse with a good beat to it and good flow of words...and u held the rhyme, poor toy, never saw it from a toys point of view, i just trip up over them!!!!

Hah was it a sqeeky toy cuz my dogs LOVE ripping those apart. seriously though, excellent flow, great rhyming, and it catches people right from the start and makes them read to see what it is. Excellent work,

Well it was a rubber pig toy, that my dog Layla just absolutely annilated, which made me think "What a great idea for a poem" as I was suffering from writers block. Thanks for the comments by the way.

Ha ha, i can imagine if my dog got this one, she's scared of those toys so she ripps them to peieces and bruies them as quickly as she can. funny stuff.

I went to newcastle in england once, i went and visited some castle that wasnt finished. lol. well i just thought id tell you that random story.
