Yum Dum Da Dum
Follow me to a place, that is secret, forbidden.
Just cover your eyes, hold my hand, off we go my little sweet. To a lush and wild place, a beautiful garden. Oh what a surprise, there is a table. It's set just for you. Then for me to have a chew. To dine and to eat. Though it's you that is the treat. No more running wild on the streets. Here you go, have a seat. No, no need to say a word. It's nothing I haven't heard. Take your hat off. You'll be staying awhile. Just you wait, it will be all worthwhile. Believe me, there's no need to scoff. On the table, drum a beat. While I'll get you a side of meat. So tasty, and oh so yummy, you appear to be. They'll be no real food for me. You're my guest, you get the very best. Here's a dessert, may I suggest. Creamy blood pudding, served so fresh. No need to protest. Follow my lead. The food its divine, here you go and try the bread. It won't disappoint. So here, in just a moment, I'll get to the point. But, first make sure that you are so full. For what I'll say next it's required. I'll give you a second, just a bit of a lull. Your time here, has now expired. My friends they have arrived. They all look a little starved. What a shame the food is all gone, they seem deprived. And it's you we must carve. Have no worries. Have no fear. You will make enough, to be a whole meal. Yum Dum Da Dum. Author's Note: Okay, this was wrote just for fun Last edited by JirQUEST; 06-05-2007 at 07:46 AM. |

Re: Yum Dum Da Dum
An interesting idea..I think the intended victim would have tasted wonderful! But hell, what would a mere cannibal know?

Re: Yum Dum Da Dum
Intresting story inside the poem.
The title threw me off though. It reminds me of a song I used to sing while playing with these sticks in girl scouts. I forget what they are called though...hmm... But other wise a good peom, the rhythm seemed off in bits but it was still humorous. |
