The End of the Year

It's finally here,
That hope giving end of the year.
School has been a pain,
It's driven me practically insane.
But I can always remember,
That blessed time of the year.
When it grows hotter each day,
That time of the year makes me say,
Yes! Summer is here!
But then I remember,
That the next school year grows ever near...

lol nice one man. This was quite funny. I remember those days. Now I'd love to be back in school!

You know, I think if you tightened up the structure a bit on your next one, it would get allot more attention. Good poem though man- your ideas and delivery are great!

Thanks for advice/encouragement pham, it means a lot since I just started out. I'll keep in mind that I should put a little more thought into these instead of writing them on the spot. The quality will probably grow with more time put into writing. Thanks!
