Sweet, heartfelt lyrics - but with an edge, too. Reminds me of Neil Young. I hear sort of a Neil Young "Harvest"- era guitar pattern behind it, too: two bass hits, and then a "picky-strummy" chord jangle. Sort of a "thunk-thunk - changa-changa; thunk-thunk-changa-changa." (Makes sense to a guitar player! ). Probably start out with an E minor and switch to C; Em//Em//C//C//.

Nicely done, Bri. I think ol' Neil would've been happy with these himself.

This was really good. I loved the rhymes. The feel of it is amazing. I'm "tone dumb" (NOT tone deaf ), so I can't really sing it or try to make a tune, but I think it'll come out well.

And I can just see the music video in my mind's eye.

Haha thanks! This was my first try ever at anything I would call lyrics, and there is a tune in my head, though I have no idea how to write music so it may remain in my head and just there lol.

Just something a bit stronger than ‘got,’ would be more effective I think. Love the imagery. Applaud the varieties of emotions. Smile to the rhythm. So in closing I shall give 5/5!

I enjoyed it, it was not complicated, just a simple description of ones love for another no matter where they are. It was kind of a soft tune in my head, mainly based off of the lyrics. Good reading.
