Actually, that's quite authentic. Sometimes they sound like two stones rubbing together! And they chase away all the pretty songbirds from the feeder. Damn 'em!

Thanks. There are other birds here, but the grackle is by far the most annoying. I would compare their calls to movie or video game sound effects. At times it's hard to believe their sounds are actually coming from a living thing.

Don't forget CRACK, BOOM, BAM, and OUCH! I liked the way Batman and Robin would climb up the outside of the building and a has-been actor/actress would stick his/her head out the window. They'd be on "Dancing With the Stars" today!

Hahahaha...that was wicked mate, I read it out loud and sorta sounded like a parrot in some places, pretty clever mate. Fun as hell to read...and real original, really good job. But I reall do wodner what you've been smoking mate. hahaha. Nice job Junior. I wanna read it again!

I found myself picking syllables out of birdsong, attempting to recreate the sound in text. Yes, I was reciting it too. It would certainly look interesting if written in musical notes, but I doubt my ability to play it. Thanks for the read.
