Re: The Dance
I love it. well partly because I love to dance and it cought my eye. I like the way you use the idea of a beautiful women to describe the earth. and the feeling is so nice and smooth and romantic. its almost as if you can feel this guys (your) feelings about the earth.

Re: The Dance
Ah, I see that you, like me, are somewhat of a misanthropist. I like your point about the city and people in general.
Why is nature always a she? I mean, I agree, it is a she, I just don't know why. The only time I visited the Rockies was when I was twelve. I stayed in a place called 'Beaver Creek'. lol.

Re: The Dance
You keep impressing me!!! I really admire the flow of your thoughts in all your writing. tranquilitysin already said what I wanted to say, that I love the way you compared nature to a woman.
Good point, lostsnail, about why IS nature always a woman? more like a mother usually. Ah, I love the Goddess. Anyway . . . I don't like people who deface the beauty of earth either. I wrote a poem about a tree . . . I need to post it on here. Hmmm. I happen to be one of those big "green" people . . . good to read something wellput. I've never been to the Rockies. Sigh. I will one day.
