Gusts of shrill winter
Carry me high
I walk on fine heather
Under blackened sky

I stumble on rocks
Old, crumpled faces
I see lives and memories
Of distant places

Natures skirt rustles
Grasses are lifted
Pulled this way and that
From the roots are shifted

The whipping wind
Sweeping at my feet
Steals my thoughts as
I hasten a retreat

Heady clouds slumber
Before rain is shed
Shot from deafening darkness
Luminous rods overhead

Soon vapour evaporates
Lush green is released
The belly of the silvered sky
Watches nature, unleashed

Wow wow wow.. You're such the "mother" of nature! I especially like the last word of the whole poem, "unleashed". How apt!!! I need to seek shelter after reading this poem. It sounds so reaaaaaallllll. Lovely work Lubesh.
