Now that you have given me a bit of background on this one, it is remarkable, and thought provoking. Stereotypes and Racial profiling... we saw all too much of it here, in the US, after 9-11 and even still... people confused and judging by skin color alone. Really, it projects the ignorance of a people, ones who can not distinguish different religions, races, ethnicities etc... just lump one whole part of the world and make them the enemy. Anyway, rambling (sorry
) but this one should be in a political magazine (left wing of course) it is brilliant.

This is fantastic. I agree with Bri, this should be in a political magazine. I think all of us can identify with this. Communal riots, no respect for secularism... we see it all the time, all over the world. Brilliant poem, Chris. Definitely thought-provoking.
