fluttering your eyes,

But I'm so sick and tired of this
relentless praise and
pointless confessions.

Down to the river to be baptized,
I grabbed your auburn locks
and you realized

that heaven awaits you with baited breath.
So kick and thrash and
welcome death.

For god is waiting with open arms.
His light among your beauty
And quiet charms.

Is this about killing someone? Hardly spiritual! I liked it though, a bit odd, and 'm not too sure if I have the correct gist of it, but theres spmething about it, cant quite put my finger on it. Good poem, I think.

This is an interesting poem. I must agree, after reading it, I wondered if it truly belonged in the spiritual section, but it was great work. Very descriptive, I never once had to wonder what it was about or even draw my own conclusions on the meaning behind your work. Great job.
