Sipping hot chocolate,
I think how manifold
the senses riot in a spectacle of Samsara,
round and round,

I want, I need, I take, I am

until I am sick on the
sweet craziness of it all,
stomach churning, senses seared
with perpetual impermanence
until

Sipping hot chocolate,
breath hangs to open to the dark liquid
and for a moment, there is nothing

left to drink.

Wow. You really managed to portray a feeling of giddiness with your word choices - like swirling around on a merry-go-round. I especially love the second stanza:

I want, I need, I take, I am
