Despite a cool breeze of liberty, I sit here sweating in boredom, sticking in dreariness and repetitive thoughts. Swallowing them down in cold bursts of relief, topped with a dreaminess of milked tears, I cannot find a place to rest.

A healthy stoicism replaces clothes of suffocation, layers of discomfort and an itch that can't be reached till shed and I walk with the price tag of apatheia.

“Yes!” I cry. With this freedom I heavily adorn myself and wearing it, I can now feel the fresh, cool air, lapping on my shores of my discontented mind, reheating and ruffling the crusted dream of a new land. Therein lies silken promsies to wrap my body in and for now lukewarm sun until the ice thaw bathes me in apologetic water, water that is a my Monsoon.

I have to say, this was a strange bit of writing you wrote there. Nonetheless, it flowed magnificently, I couldn't have stopped even if I wanted to. I read this twice, and it changed meanings when I did. Hmmmmm...Weirdness, indeed.

I might read it for a thrid time, but I guess I'll save it for a rainy day.

I thoroughly enjoyed this - again the water and cleansing, there was a build up and a release here. The title reminded me of your love for India somehow, and I thought perhaps that was where this was headed... I like the direction you took. Hopeful in a way, though I always seem to get that wrong with you
