A capitaviting title. That’s what truly draw my attention to remaining body of write. The entire print was filled with dramatic imagery and emotion.
Did you intend... Quote:

Would not Holy be capitalized it would be the same as writing or emphasizing Holy water. I could be wrong. Just asking.

Re: If a black man and a white women have a baby, why doesn't it come out grey?
Yeah, this one. Geez, so much in there. It still does not fade, that chill I get while reading this one near the end, under the table... *shudder* It was much more powerful for me when you explained what it was about a bit more. Taboo topic still in society and you handled it well. I really enjoyed the mixed thoughts towards religion, the fear of God and later the forgiveness of him as well. Confusing, especially for a child. The second stanza was brilliant, the comparison to the dinner and the conversation, and the thought if Jesus sat back and listened to such heated debates playing with his food as well. Something you do well, approach things from a completely different angle and really get me thinking. Ack and then that last one, how confusing for a child to be the victim of molestation by a man of the cloth. Very well done. I truly loved this piece.

Wow. I agree with Rena about the title. I saw someone else viewing this page and I just knew it was your work. Wonderfully written, and very very powerful. The themes are what I admire the most about your poetry, and you've definitely got a killer subject here. You've handled it incredibly well. I loved how you brought in the dinner here. Very thought provoking. I love it!
EDIT: Edit the title, please. It should read 'woman' and not 'women'. |

Duh! It's always better to have the writer do it himself. It's called courtesy. Lazy ass. I'll do it.

Well, what can I say about a fourth read of ur posting other than what was stated previously. The title still Captivates. The remaining written body too is intriguing with its dramatic imagery and emotional outpour/understanding. And now I can give a rating 4 of 5 for it...lol
